I write and report for WriteAngleMedia - a regional sports agency that specify in all things non-league for numerous publications (inc. I love it really, it's a passion.

**NEW** 5 Of the best!: The top 5 Premier League goals of the week.

A new idea to slip in weekly will be to suggest my own personal top 5 goals in every Barclays Premier League gameweek. Of course, by no means the goals from the furthest distance, but goals of other skills, goals of sheer importance, and individual class. See if your team made it! -

5) Andy Carroll - Everton 0-2 Liverpool - Perhaps not the best goal by any means over the weekend, but for the amount of stick the man has taken (sometimes perhaps deserved) to get his first goal of the season with a confident finish in a Merseyside derby, should deserve to make any goal list. Great work from Craig Bellamy fed full-back Enrique to the by-line, a fine run and impressive pull-back was stroked in on the volley from Carroll, do his confidence a world of good.

4) Gabriel Agbonlahor - Aston Villa 2-0 Wigan - Anyone who caught highlights of this game, would know Gabby deserves to make the list from sheer performance alone, the fact he notched an excellent goal to add to that is maybe something that has been out of his game for a while, but an outstanding finish it was. The equally impressive Barry Bannan picked out Agbonlahor, who ignoring Darren Bent, sped past Gary Caldwell before unleashing a fearsome strike into the roof of the net. Great goal.

3) Frank Lampard - Bolton 1-5 Chelsea - The man has been under a ridiculous amount of pressure lately, most notably from the press, headlines of 'Frank's over the hill' have been floating around given AVB has opt to put Lamps on the bench for the last couple of league outings. But a goal against Valencia at The Mestalla, and Sundays marvelous outing, will relinquish these rumors. After Drogba's superb knock down, Lampard sprays an excellent first time ball back out to the Ivorian, who returns it back into the England internationals path, and depite being closed down, strokes a magnificent finish into the bottom corner beyond Bogdan's reach.

2) Adam Johnson - Blackburn 0-4 Manchester City - A strange game for City this one, it hadn't really followed their early season promise and after a dire first half, of which included losing Kun Aguero to a groin strain it remained 0-0 at half-time. Rovers were clearly defending resolutely for their under-pressure boss Steve Kean, and it was going to take something rather special to break this deadlock. Step forward Adam Johnson. Following an Aleksander Kolorov corner from the left well cleared, Johnson with one excellent first touch to control, bent a superb effort straight into the top corner past Paul Robinson, not too much of a different goal from his one at Sunderland last term. Superb none the less.

1) Kyle Walker - Tottenham 2-1 Arsenal - Yes, I hear your cries, !Szczesny should of kept it out!' But it wasn't just about the distance of the effort in this one. 21 year old full back Walker clearly does not lack in confidence, as he showed the Premier League in his stint at Villa Park last year. But here, was confidence personified. After good work from Bale down the left to cut it back into Luka Modric on the edge of the Arsenal box, more good work followed when Alex Song blocked the Croat's effort, however, it fell right into the meaningful stride of Walker, who used the pace he was running it to hit a thumping effort from 30 yards, which flew in above the Polish keepers grasp. Szczesny had an outstanding game overall, and from certain angles the swerve young Walker gets on the ball is marvelous, so to put the keeper at fault here would be far too easy. Without taking into consideration the context of the goal, North London derby, 20 minutes to go, cagey locked at 1-1. Step up Kyle Walker. You beauty.

This weeks winning goal, Kyle Walkers piledriver at White Hart Lane.
